Ilaria has always shared a love for sports cars and is the creative mind behind SimRacingWorld’s identity. With her design skills, she shapes the company’s branding, showroom, and visual details. When not working on new projects, she enjoys taking the simulator for a spin and chasing the perfect lap at Monza or Laguna Seca.

Marc discovered sim racing as a teenager, and what began as a hobby soon evolved into competitive driving on iRacing. Today, he races endurance events with Venari Racing, often at the wheel of his beloved Ferrari 499P GTP, with Spa-Francorchamps as his favorite circuit. Alongside his MBA in Motorsport Management, he develops new business opportunities and guides customers from their first consultation to their own tailor-made simulator setup.

Rowan’s passion for cars and motorsport led him to start sim racing at the age of 15 in the Racing Lounge. With Enrico’s guidance, he developed his skills and later built his own simulator at home. Today, he competes on Assetto Corsa and iRacing, while also working as an Event Host in our Lounge, assembling simulators, and supporting external events.

Luca is a sim driver for Venari Racing, driven by a lifelong passion for motorsport. Beyond racing, he is our in-house expert for PC assembly, ensuring every system runs at peak performance. His support in building and delivering simulators is invaluable, combining technical precision with hands-on dedication. And when it’s race time, you’ll often find him on iRacing in GT3 cars — especially in the rain, with Long Beach and Mugello as his favorite tracks.
